The smallest of Remington’s castings, standing less than eleven inches tall, yet depicts the hard life of a tough sun baked sharp-nosed cavalry Sergeant serving under Col. Roosevelt, the soon to be President of the United States. This piece small size no accident, a price point consideration enabling more of the public to acquire a Remington bronze. The Roosevelt’s Rough Riders Sergeant is a tribute to the First U.S. Volunteer Calvary, with whom Remington rode and respected greatly.
